Does Midol help during your menstrual periods? - aching and depression

I know he is, Midol PMS should actually come before their time, but can help during their time? I still have symptoms even after my time, and when the Midol not help at the time, how can they reduce symptoms such as mood swings, fatigue, muscle pain and depression?

Midol works for me.
But to be honest, maybe a little embarrassing, but the mood swings, fatigue, cramps and depression, as I believe that masturbation is the best cure for everything:) Of course, if you do not want you to try a bottle with hot water baths, and chamomile or peppermint tea.

I think Midol helps a lot. Finally, menstrual discomfort and pain to relieve.

Exercise (even walking) makes the most of his time problems (cramps, mood swings, fatigue, etc..) If you have a warm shell helps with stomach cramps and swelling (a hot bath will do the same). If you feel bloated, try to drink tea (without sugar or honey) instead of sweetened water.

Hope this helps.
