Each company uses different types of interviews. Directed selection is a style of behavior-based interview for some time around, but more and more popular because of their reliability. Here's a site that can answer to help you in this format. Even if they do not use this style still benefit from learning to respond appropriately to the chosen style.

Sounds like an entry-level Financial Sales Job ... which means that the interview is all about your personality, drive and goal.

I work in the financial industry, and all of my interviews seemed to come from a core group of questions that are centered as:

"Describe a time when we had to resolve conflicts with a colleague, and how the problem."

"Give us a moment he was declared innocent of a complex concept for a customer." - Very likely.

"Give us an example of a situation where you need to use multiple resources and working with several parties in order to perform a task or solve a problem."

The key is to give concrete examples, and what he did. In a way, you will be asked about the experience, but mostly they will decide whether you are a good fit. I think my situation has less to do with my training and experience, then spoke with complementary skills and personality.

Well, it's a lot of questions, but some questions are critial. 1 / What are you doing this job? If so, what do you think you'll do well. 2 / What are the qualities that you do differently or better than others? 3 / What is your weakness?
